Shipping Policy
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your method of payment for the purchase. If your item(s) are available for shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. 
Order Shipment:
All confirmed orders are shipped for free to our customers in the contiguous U.S. The order cutoff time is 2:00 PM CT (daily deadline for processing an order on the same day). Orders received after 2:00 PM will be documented as received on the following business day. If your order is in stock, we will process the charges to your method of payment and it will ship within a handling time of 0 to 2 business days from the documented received date of your order.  Your order will arrive after a shipping transit time of 2 to 5 business days, depending on your address, resulting in a total delivery time of 2 to 7 business days after your order was documented as received. 
We will send tracking information within 24 hours of your confirmed order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 3 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@zenarbike.com.
